PUMPS
The
Peristaltic Pump mainly consists of a pump head
and a tube. The pump head consists of rollers
which occlude the tube, draw and trap the fluid
between rollers and expels the fluid from the
pump. Together, the flow inducer and the tubing
make the pump. These are self priming and safe
dry running pumps ideally suited for shear sensitive
and aggressive fluids. Accuracy of flow rate
is maximum when small bore tubing and higher
pump speed are used. Tube life is maximized
when large bore tubing and slower pump speed
are used.
MURHOPYE'S
PROGRAMMABLE PERISTALTIC PUMPS are specially
designed to provide accurate and reproducible
flow rates for laboratory and industrial
applications. These are self priming pumps and
the liquid or gas to be pumped does not come
in contact with any part other than tubing and
are ideally suited for pumping corrosive liquids
and sterilized medium, acids, alkali and antifoaming
agents under aseptic conditions. These are built
with an electronic flow rate control for continuous
variation with forward/reverse control facility.
These pumps are available in single or multi
channel configuration.
