COCOA PROCESSING AND CHOCOLATE MANUFACTURE PLANT TECHNOLOGY

In India, very few are engaged in cocoa  processing  and  manufacturing  of  various Chocolate products mainly due to inadequate development in machinery and / or want  of  technical know-how.  We  provide the technology and  offer complete plant  with  technical support.

OILS AND OLEO RESINS -  PLANT & TECHNOLOGY

We   undertake  ‘ turn key’  projects  for  manufacturing    spice    oil  and Oleoresins from major spices such as pepper, chillies, turmeric, ginger  and Cardamom.  This set up can also be used  for extraction of other  Spices, herbs and color pigments.

            

Spices  are  used  for  their  unique aromatic and medicinal values.  Oils and  Oleoresins are the concentrated form of the essential oils and made either by Steam   distillation  or  by solvent extraction or both.

 

 Equipment  used are;

  • ·         vacuum evaporators

  • ·         vacuum and chilling  units.
